Data Collection: All menstrual cycle information (such as period length, cycle length, and luteal phase length) is collected directly on your device and never leaves your device. 

HealthKit Integration: Our app uses Apple HealthKit to help you monitor your menstrual cycle information seamlessly. With your explicit permission, we’ll read and write menstrual health data through HealthKit to provide personalized insights.

2. Data Storage and Security On-Device Storage: We  don’t upload, store, or share your menstrual health information on any external servers. Control Over Your Data: As everything stays on your device, you have full control over your data. If you delete our app, all menstrual cycle information is permanently deleted from your device.

3. Permissions: To provide the best experience, our app requests permission to access HealthKit data only when needed and only with your explicit consent. You can adjust these permissions at any time in the iOS Health app.
